Poor service by the park holidays They are misleading customers miss bindu what a pathetic lady she is Assured me to give best possible service but later on stop pickup the call and customer support staff need everything in written (miss shama), Guys don’t buy any packages and be aware of peope like Miss Bindu(sales executive and a croupt lady) they all are frauds
They are frauds all reviews are fake,
Dont buy any holiday package from them, they committed you to book a luxury resorts show you beautiful pictures but later when you purchased any package they will treat you like a savage. Customer support staff talks very rude (Miss shama and rest of the staff as well).
I bought the package from miss bindu, what a fake lady she is.
She committed very beautiful resorts to me but when I try to book customer support team denies booking and miss bindu(sales person) stops picking up the calls.

Cutomer spent lakhs of rupees to buy holiday packages from them but they don’t even bother to revert of the emails and left the cutomer in delima that all the money spend on the park holidays is a waste.
Be aware guys don’t prefer to buy the park holidays packages they are frauds

Park holiday is doing totally fraud with their customers, misrepresentation or false commitments are totally punishable under the consumer protection act.
