My review is specially for The Park Holidays, Shop No.21 GF, MGF Mall, Saket, New Delhi, Delhi 110017
Park team response was wonderful initially, there executives (Mr. Prince – Holiday consultant & Mr. Rahul Rajput- Take Over Manager) talking so nicely that anyone can trust on them, they give lucrative offers, includes everything in your offer. But actually they are misguiding you and giving false commitments. Same happened to me.
I also got stuck by their words and brought membership for 70 days plus other special features on 16-05-2022 by paying Rs 1,44,000/- in easy EMI (But actually with interest it is Rs. 1,57,102/- to my pocket which they earlier informed that interest will be bear by company)
I have received an email from company with very limited offer and without any extra features which they informed me on 16-05-22 against which I have done the payment.
Since, then I am following-up but they are not responding to my emails, phone calls. My issues has not be resolved by them.
Before payment they informed that if you are not satisfied with our services they will refund full amount, in case if you avail any services then prorate amount will be refunded. But actually they again tell you some deduction which is upto 75% on paid money.
It’s very pathetic experience to me by the park holidays team.
They are not picking up the phone nor calling back. Don’t know what will happen afterword’s. Hence, I have raised complain against them for refund of my full amount of Rs. 1,57,102/- and whosoever reading my review please be cautious before doing any relationship with them.
All other reviews look like manipulated and most of them are from their employees. Can’t trust park holidays international anymore.
A big mistake by me in my life long.
We are also cheated by Park Holiday International. Please contact me on 9905554503. We would like to take legal actions against them collectively and will need all the support that we can get from all of you.
Park holiday is doing totally fraud with their customers, misrepresentation or false commitments are totally punishable under the consumer protection act. I am also being harrassed by them and hence I am creating a group of people to take strict legal action against then. If anybody wants to be a part of this group then connect me at 9015085260.
We as Advocates have been contacted by some clients who have been cheated by Park Holidays International Pvt Ltd. A Review of the case shows that it is a plain and simple case of Fraud, Cheating, Misappropriation, and Criminal Breach of Trust. The fact that there so many Consumers have made a Complaint against them shows that there is Cheating. They promised International air tickets then 60,000 in lieu of them in Sept –no sign of money despite repeated reminders!!
