False commitments and promises

Totally useless, don’t take their membership – check thoroughly before taking holiday package, their salesmen lure you by making false promises by calling you to 5 star hotels and saying that we are giving this offer separately And this is in addition to our standard membership, and the back office is not aware of this because this offer is for today only. When you want to take advantage of these offers after purchasing the membership, So the office people refuse that we have not given any such offer and the salesmen who used to sell membership to you also stop picking up your calls…and your money gets trapped. No one listens to you, it’s all their collusion, sales men and top management are all in collusion.
Same issue I am facing right now.
I want to exit my membership plan.
Park holiday is doing totally fraud with their customers, misrepresentation or false commitments are totally punishable under the consumer protection act. I am also being harrassed by them and hence I am creating a group of people to take strict legal action against then. If anybody wants to be a part of this group then connect me at 9015085260.
