False Promises and commitments

I chosen the 2 Years EMI option from my Credit card while purchasing the Policy. But they did not convert the amount into EMIs and my full amount got deducted.
Also they offered me 4 free domestic flights tickets, which they are ignoring now.
They are smart cheaters, as they haven’t mentioned it in their Agreement.
We trusted them and they fooled us.
We need to take legal action against them.
Park holiday is doing totally fraud with their customers, misrepresentation or false commitments are totally punishable under the consumer protection act. I am also being harrassed by them and hence I am creating a group of people to take strict legal action against then. If anybody wants to be a part of this group then connect me at 9015085260.
