money taken by giving fake promises

We were called and told that we won vouchers: movie, hotel stay and were asked to collect them from Radisson Blu, Faridabad,121001. When we went there, they started to convince us to buy their plan which they call T1 or T2. They gave many attractive promises like one can choose hotel of their choice on their desired location and on desired dates and as many rooms as we want. Under those false promises, they took Rs 1,80,000 which we have transactional record also. When the time to fulfill those promises came, they had one or the other excuses ready. When we asked them to make a refund, they refused.
I hereby request you to have our money refunded and also ensure that these famous hotels don’t organize these kinds of meetings because people believe them to be true due to these activities being organized at these hotels like raddison in our case.
