I had been to RMZ galleria mall for shopping, a lady approached me regarding tour package and collected my phone number. After one week I got a call from fala holidays they told me you’ve won a free package. They asked me to come with my wife. They explained tour package with nice words and drama that I couldn’t figure out they are cheating me. Later they never picked any call, never responded to emails, I visited their yelahanka branch 5 times but it was no use. I had to approach yelahanka newtown police station to get refund. This company soundharya (yelahanka branch ) she is a big time cheater. Please be aware.
Even we have experienced the same. Can you help us how to proceed further?
