Fraud holidays free coupon package scheme

In the shopping mall i got the one coupon and I provide my mobile number to that person, after two days i got call from Fala Holidays And Packages to collect the free gifts, first i ignored to collect but they keep on calling, so we thought to collect the gifts, we went to Fala Holidays And Packages and they started brain wash to us and swiped 1.5lakhs from credit card (they told that will be in hold) but actually they debited from my card, and there is no proper response from them and my amount also they have not refunded till now, am following up daily with them.
