think twice don’t go i lost my hard earned money

This review mainly who all planning to take package in future with Fala Holidays, i will tell you all my story then it’s your wish, i got a call from fala Holidays telling that we got lucky draw we can go collect it from there office, we where newly married this happens in December i guess ( have all records including my payment 35k receipt with me) so we were planning for trip, mean while i got that call, we thought of checking. Once we reached there office they told we have this good offer for 2.5 lakh of 30 days international trip package, we told them right now we can’t pay that much money we can’t offered we just came to collect our gift, then fala team offered a EMI option we thought ok it’s a good option. And for that he told you have to pay us how much you have right now, once your EMI process done this payed amount will be deposited back, then we have to pay EMI every month itseems, we agreed but later because of my civil score i didn’t get EMI option from any bank, since then we are following up with fala team no proper response, recently my husband shouted at them because it’s a hard earned money, Fala team giving threats that you can’t speak like that we know what we have to do and all, i don’t no i will get my money back or not but i request everyone before coming to fala please think twice i don’t want you all to suffer the way i am suffering, we save single rupees to go to our dream destination but this people taking advantage out of it, i don’t no how many already suffering from them.

This is not right whatever your team doing i was clear when i came to your office and i don’t want spend more money with you guys i need my money back i am not expecting any reply from your team saying sorry we look in to your issue and all. Everyone knows our issues and i want my 35k plus interest as RBI standards.
And i am not stopping here till i reach people i do this
