I got a call on 16/01/2024, telling me I had some free vouchers and the called person is calling from Maruti Suzuki since I bought a new car. After their convincing, I along with my parents went for the meeting.
I seemed like a Marketing scam and we wanted to leave, but the sweet talks and pleasing convinced us to Pay an expression of interest of Rs. 45,000 and were told, since the offer is valid till today, you can think and pay the rest balance, this was assured by one Mr. Manik Bhatia, senior manager at Caribbean Holidays Pvt Ltd and Mr. Harsh, senior Sales head.
Once, we did our due diligence, we realized, the membership is not worth what we are paying and we informed them and asked them for refund.
Multiple telephone calls have been exchanged with Mr. Harsh, promising the refund will be processed soon. However till date i.e. 10/02/2024 no amount has been refunded.
