I am Rahul Kumar, a resident of Delhi. Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd, B 50B First floor, Kalkaji, New Delhi, Delhi 110019, Phone: 1800 203 1299 011-49986728, https:// www.caribbeanholidaysinternational.com/ They called me multiple times: Neha Sharma (9667179101), Abhishek Bhardwaj (9582933247), Sayera (9643415464), and I was invited to collect a free movie and hotel voucher for my husband, wife, and kids. I reached there around 9.16 p.m., and Ajaz (9716115678) and Rishu (8178906107) did the same thing in a Park Inn by Radisson New Delhi Lajpat Nagar on September 5, 2023. They said you will have to attend a 40-minute meeting before getting free amenities like dinner, movies,movie and hotel vouchers. There were a total of 30 to 40 well-trained men and a few ladies there. It was late and end of the day, so two or three families were sitting there on different tables, and different people were attending them personally and trying to convince them to buy their services with a presentation on a laptop. When Ajaz and Rishu came to our table, they did tell me about their services and convince me to buy their services. When I asked them to check their company documents and proofs and their identity cards, they avoided showing them, and when I did not get convinced, they did the last technique and offered some coffee. I got agreed to take after huge conversation on table and felt tired , I think it was something was in my coffee and I felt some headache and they did some hypnotism technique and I gave my SBI credit card and they swiped and fooled us with 130000 with EMI option and i did the payment ,and they get signed quickly in a low light dining area of hotel restaurant a 100 Rs stamp paper which is not registered by registrar or government authority or company itself, in that paper not mentioned anyone 400+ 5 star and 4 star hotels, promises ,return and 100% money refund policy at any time , and commitment mentioned and all conditions are not clear and mentioned there as they told us and it was in doubt about the booking of 400+ 5 star and 4 star hotels and etc not in favour of my side, After I got home, I realised I had been cheated, so I called them and texted them on whatsapp, but there was no response, so I filed a dispute on the SBI credit card transaction, but the credit card company released the payment without my consent to release, so when I called the people who took the payment, rishu and ajaz, they said u must go to the company office in Lajpat Nagar, so I went there and saw bodybuilder bouncer on reception then On September 17, 2023, Jyoti Atwal (9990070554) called and asked me about the issue and convinced me, denying all of my issues and denying my request for a refund of the money. Finally, the police officer responded on September 18, 2023. If anyone comes with me, call me at 987-1963000, Rahul Chauhan. I am fighting against these people who are looting hard-earned money.
