My experience with Caribbean Holidays International was nothing short of a nightmare. This company is not only unscrupulous but also engages in illegal practices that should not be tolerated.
First and foremost, they have no rule about collecting GST (Goods and Services Tax) from customers but conveniently fail to remit it to the government. This is not only a violation of the law but also a blatant theft of customers’ money. It’s shocking to think that a company can stoop so low as to defraud the government and its customers simultaneously.
Caribbean Holidays International is also notorious for creating fraudulent invoices. They provide customers with documents that do not reflect the actual cost of their services. This deceitful practice is designed to mislead customers and cover up the fact that they are overcharging for subpar services.
The promises they make are pure fiction. They lure you in with enticing offers and extravagant claims, but once you’ve paid, the reality is far from what was advertised. This bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and reprehensible.

Like Jyoti, appear to have a special talent for making people feel like complete fools. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism are appalling. It’s astonishing that someone like Jyoti is employed to interact with customers when all she seems capable of doing is aggravating and insulting them.
Vikas, another member of their customer care team, is equally untrustworthy. He is a master of lies and deception. Instead of assisting customers with their concerns, he exacerbates the issues and provides false information, further compounding the frustration and anger of those who have fallen victim to this company.
In summary, Caribbean Holidays International is a disgraceful and fraudulent organization. They steal from customers and the government, issue false invoices, make empty promises, and employ customer service representatives like Jyoti and Vikas who appear to have no other skill than making a mockery of the people who trusted them. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs, and if you’ve already had the misfortune of dealing with them, seek legal recourse to recover your money and hold them accountable for their unethical and illegal actions.
