False promises and harassment

I had registered on wisdomjobs.com for finding a suitable job for myself on 21st July. Same day I received a call from Mr. Srikanth from wisdomjobs who tried to convince me to opt for their resume forwarding services. I also received a mail from Mr. Srikanth Peratla in which I was informed that
* my profile was already viewed and rated 90% and getting job from one of the company was 100% confirmed and guaranteed.
* Weekly two interviews
* even if I failed all interviews the company will help me get a job interview in another company within 2 to 4 working days and many more such promises. (I have saved all their mails and can be provided if required)
I continued to receive calls on behalf of wisdomjobs till I opted their resume forwarding services and paid Rs. 3304/-
on 23rd July. After confirmation of payment Mr. Srikanth called up again and told me that he will get back to me after one week. It has been more than a Month and neither I received any calls from Mr. Srikanth nor any employer.
Since than Mr. Srikanth is unapproachable. He neither came on phone nor replied to my mails. After repeated calls and mails and a warning that if he failed to reply or refund my money I will have no option but file a case against him and company another person named Lekhya picked up the thread only to inform that company has no refund policy.

As a last resort I warned that I will file complaint against company in consumer Forum but that also fell into deaf ears. I got the same answer that the company has no refund policy and I must continue to wait. It seems the company has no respect even for the law since I am not the only victim. On social media I came across few more people who have paid much higher amount. One person has commented on their social media page (commenting on there was also a waste, they don.t pay any heed) that he was interviewed by wisdomjobs for a reputed company but company denies having conducted any such interview.

Not only me but many have been cheated and duped by the company in the same manner.

Kindly help me maintain my faith in law. If my case is resolved it will inspire the others too to fight for justice.
