About refund my amount of Rs.6800 & Rs.15000/-refundable

Consultancy call me for job and said to pay Rs.6800 for registeration. When I pay this amount after few day consultancy call me back for pay 15000/- for job confirmation and interview, now four months pass away no now can answer my call ….. Please take strict action on this fraud consultancy.
