wrongly charging me Rs. 128 /- towards download charges.
I am very much clear this is wrongly charged to me & I have not visited any paid site, nor Have I subrcibed to any of your services which you have mentioned. i.e wapvilla_ppd – Rs. 49 /-
d2_mgossip_pack49 – Rs. 49 /-
Planet41_masti_unl – Rs 30 /-
I am vodafone Postpaid consumer (mob – 9918163004) and last month only i have changed my plan from voice calls only to (voice + 3G data) 399 Rs rental plan as per which i was entitled to 750 local min. and 1 GB 3G unlimited Data.but as per my latest bill generated on 16 sept 2014 for rs. 1038, i have been charged downloading charges 463 rs. i have not done any downloading from my phone?when contacted nearest vodafone store, – chintel house station road, lucknow – they said these are charged against download some applications or u have opened some webpage and along with that some other pages might have opened and these charges have occurred? and also these are not charged by vodafone but this website has charged you these charges and vodafone will pay these on your behalf.I have no idea how these charged occurred as there was no consent/approval/ any pop-up informing window while using regarding these charges was given. they have charged me for downloading wapwilla, d2c_mgossip_pack, d2c_ndtv_value_pack and other like that (total 10) incurring charges of rs. 463. when compliant to vodafone customer care, they refused to file complaint and even their nodal office reply to my complaint is that there charges are genuine for which i have no idea when i have download these and also what services i got for paying these rs. 463?
