Visa Simply – Fraud service

Hi, My self is Vikram Singh, I registred with Visa Simply couple of year back for Australian PR service….God trust these guys are fraud….from day one to till now these guys are only fake….These guys not handled my case properly bcz of there stupidity I lost my chance to apply for Australian PR…one case and 5 to 6 case manager has been changed for may case…Now you can realise that how properly they handled my case….from past couple of years I haven’t received a single proper response…every time when I called to there office eithe my case mgr is on leave or on other call or left the org. Is this my fault that they cant retain there employees. When ever I called only get one response ” Sir, Ill fwd your concern to your case mgr he/she will call u back….and never received a call back….They chag full amount but not given service of single Rs. Now when I asked for refund they give stupid excuse that sir your case mgr left the org so we are not aware about case and will not refund u. Pls dont trust VISASSIMPLY they are fraud fraud fraud….
