TopScore – Cheated

2 yrs back i wanted to make a friendship site. A friend through referral (BNI Meeting-Cochin) referred me to a person and i gave the order to make the site. He took the whole money from me but till date the site is not as I wanted it to me. site name- www.tastefriendship.com I wanted to have a free and premium chat site. Anyone could join and be Friends. There is a flash chat session and anyone who wishes to go there had to be a paid members. I have no idea how the site is now. I can t understand it. TopScore – a web designing company has done this. Now neither Topscore nor BNI wants to help me rectify it. I last almost 3 lacs. Kindly help me
