Not giving booking when required please help me in getting my refund

I’ve purchased a membership there.
my 12238 membership number.
They promised me that they would provide me vacations of five nights and six days each time I purchased a membership.
Now I’ve got a three-year membership.
When I purchased my membership, they only offered me one 3-night holiday.
And now everytime I ask them for holidays, they always come up with an excuse and say that there is nothing available on your dates.
Please modify your dates, and when you did, they repeated what they had said.
I requested holidays in February 2023, but they did not grant my request, and now that it is March, I am requesting holidays from March 16 to 18 as well, and they are once again stating the same things.
The customer service representative there is unprofessional and doesn’t comprehend your emotions.
They merely claim that our inventory is empty.
As I’ve been pursuing this for a while, kindly assist me in obtaining my refund back.
