Fake Service Vacation Providers

I signed up for membership in March 2023. My first attempt at making a reservation resulted in a reply saying that all rooms were already reserved because it was a holiday period and advising me to make a reservation after July. I sent a letter for the July mid in the first week of April. I received a reply saying that the reservation would be confirmed by May’s end. Following further follow-up in the month of June, on June 5 I received a reply stating that all rooms were reserved and asking me to make reservations after August 15. It appears to be a fraud or scam of some kind.
My complaint has already been submitted to https:// consumerhelpline.gov.in/. I sincerely hope that India doesn’t have any businesses that engage in such fraud, and I’m going to act legally to stop them from defrauding anyone else.
