After multiple emails, No booking

In 2022, a three-year membership was sold to me.
Since October 2022, I’ve been trying to get a reservation, but as of today (March 2023) I still haven’t received one.
The reservation personnel is really unpleasant, and the customer service is appalling.
There is no means to communicate with any senior or member of the reservations team.
I have repeatedly forwarded emails without receiving a reply.
They advise me to provide a new set of dates every time I phone the contact centre.
I firmly advise against engaging in any sort of business with this corporation.
In the open, they are deceiving their clients.
I intend to file a lawsuit in consumer court.
