complaint about service and non refund policy

I am tracing them to get a hotel booking since April mid and not provide me 3 nights booking in anywhere.
I asked them to provide me hotels booking in Jaipur then they provide my 2 hotels name those are not availablein their broucher and not in list provide buy them.
I said them kindly provide me any location and any hostel as per you availability.
then they drop me a mail we are booked till august kindly contact us later.
asking for payment refund staff said we do not have any refund policy.
pls help
