No bookings even after multiple follow ups – Membership ID – 11351

Hi
I have been trying to make a booking and everytime I ask for a booking I am told that the inventory is completely sold.
When I highlighted that it is a common pattern at their end and I will file a complaint this is the exact response I got from the reservations department.
“We would like to inform you that, as per trail mail you ask for booking because you have paid 41,500/- so that kind your information’s we provided 6 nights bookings already. so your choice what you do because as per the park royal holidays availability is sold out till may.”
Look at the Language and the tone of the customer service department. also the claim of 6 days is wrong as I had cancelled one booking but still they marked it as nights consumed.
There are no phone numbers to talk to anyone in reservation. The customer service number is non responsive.
Its a completely fraud organization and I will not recommend anyone to buy their membership or do any bookings with them.
