Initial payment refund of Rs 60000

Vandana from nation wide Visa cheated me with false information and also she arranged me call with her manager Bhavesh. Vandana insisted for doing payment of Rs 60000 . I made payment on Oct 30th. After doing payment she is not showing interest to resolve my queries if I calls she is speaking with very high tone and told me to rech grievance team for reversal. Very worst experience I had with nation wide. I need my cash back in immediate basis.
