False information and fake company

I am RadHika Karnani I choose nationwide immigration services for my PR process for Canada.They promised to provide active and prompt services.They took 82600/ rupees from me before receiving money they use to call me 3 times a day post recevieng money I got call after 2months from case manager I told I don’t have passport she told without passport we cannot proceed than how can they take money while knowing that client does not have passport. They shared wrong crs report basis which I gave huge amount they haven’t disclosed the details about IELTS impact on score.Its being 4months I gave my exam n they are tlleing me one month before I am not meeting FSW criteria that too when I called to ask status and then they changed the case manager. Everytime I need to call company employees for same I have asked for refund but they are saying we will help you out and provide service
I did my ECA my IElTS and company is just passing the part from one to another.
I urge you to kindly help me to get my refund as I am not getting mentioned services.I have spoken to manager MAyur it feel like things fall on deaf ears , anita dongre the worst service provider least updated with process.
