I had booked an online order with Chennaishopmart.com on 19/02/2016 for the purchase of Zebronics, ZEB-K11, Standard USB Keyboard by making an online payment of Rs.240/- inclusive of shipping charges. Order id : 16114
Even after 4 days of booking order, status remained showing as “Processing”.
Tried to reach SP Karthik, proprietor of Chennaishopmart.com both on e-mail id as well as mobile / toll free number indicated in their website. Nobody is there for response.
May be, it is my mistake in blindly believing the website and placing an order and consequently loose the hard earned money.
Having lost confidence on Chennaishopmart.com in further getting any response or delivery of the ordered item, on 27/02/2016, I intended to share my experience as a deceived customer with an intent to caution the general public.
