Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, today I called up the Laplumegroup_EPayKerel office for the new Customer service Number,because I have one Outstanding amount in SBI Credit Card and I want to pay it in Installment and few days before they called up from their office and told me about SBI new Cash Back Card.
I thought they are from Bank’s people, But Today they misguided me and charged me Rs 7830 against some gift.
I don’t want gifts from your side, and do not pay the amount of Rs. 7830 in installment. Kindly credit my amount ASAP.
