Immigration Overseas – Refund of money

I have registered with this company in Friends colony, New Delhi. I have registered with this company about one year ago and nothing has been done except changing case managers and customer service call. I have also made the half of payment to them and nothing has been done. On filling online form and sending them I received call from their representative to register. I paid 50, 000 out of 80, 000 in two installments. After registering only they told me that I want 7.0 bands each in ielts.. That is in not my hands. They should have told me to first get eligibility Complete or get desired bands then will only they take my case. I have also signed a contract with them. Now it’s been over one year and nothing is happening in my case. Today I got to know only by email of one of their many clients that it is happening with all of them. Kindly help me to get back my money totally refund or 40, 000.This is a fraud company and can run any time
