Never Ever get Trapped By Them And Think Of Getting Any VISA From Them….COZ You’ll Never Get It EVER!!!!!!!!
I feel so unfortunate that I got trapped by www.immigrationoverseas.com Company. Most immigration agents are incapable of providing good consultations; however I am sure there will be a few good ones. But Immigration Overseas surely doesn’t fall in good consultant’s category.
Now here is my story – I reside in Delhi and was planning to apply for Australian PR VISA and my bad luck that one of the losers from this FRAUD Company called me in June ‘2013 and assured me to get the Australian PR VISA without any hassle. They did all sweet talks and I got registered with them after they checked my profile and confirmed that I am eligible to apply. After registering with them, my painful journey started. I was thrown from sales person to chain of people and every time I spoke to them, I had to explain about my case from the scratch as there was never a proper handover of my case. I was sent a list of the documents which didn’t have information of an important document and that was my past 12 months work experience letters . I didn’t have that as I was not working at that time. After that they started chasing me for making the payment and tortured me till I made a full payment of INR 80,000/- They didn’t let me know while screening my resume that I am missing past 12 months work experience letters hence I was not eligible to file for the VISA. Their first mistake….had they informed me initially, I would have arranged the documents and then filed the application and made the payment. But all they wanted was to trap me and my money. Throughout the time they never let me know about this missing document and was informed about the same almost after 8-9 months. I tried to arrange all the documents and it wasted my time, effort , energy and money. I got no assistance from these people; I had to search for the information on the internet to work on my case. They don’t even read the documents submitted by the , hence you can’t think of getting any advice from them.
Now after a year I arranged the documents and sent the documents for a check from my case officer so that I could get them notarized and submit. I get a response from my case office that the document is perfect but when I reach their office, the officer says that the document is incomplete and is incorrect. Had he checked the document properly, I wouldn’t have to travel so far for no reason. The officers are incapable of delivering accurate and sufficient information. More than them I had gathered quite a good information myself. But when I cross checked with these people, they had no answers. I had enough from IO and decided to either get some refund of the torture I had gone through and also to change my case manager, but their Operations head simply denied saying no refund possible. He threatened me that do whatever you want to do, they have a good legal team to fight with me. How can some people be spineless to act like this, just for money.
PLS DO NOT GET TRAPPED BY ***IMMIGRATION OVERSEAS***, AS THEY ARE THE WORST IMIGRATION CONSULTANTS AND ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!

I totally agree with each and every word of your complain against Immigration Overseas, New Friends Colony, Delhi. This company is running on the basis of 0 ETHICS, 0 VALUES and 0 PRINCIPLES. I have been looted by them for the same reason. In fact I realized after reading quite a few complaints about IO that they are tricking candidates and duping their money.
I would request everyone in India to stay away from this company as their only motive is to eat away your money!!

i think we all should take an action against them. We have filed for a Canadian PR with post landing services, we sent our file after lot of follow up and efforts from us. Now when we called them to ask for a query so they refuse to speak to us saying your case is closed whereas we have paid for post landing services too and now they dont agree to the same. They are totally shameless creatures.

Really Immigration Overseas is a Fraud Company in New Friends Colony, New Delhi. Because I’m also suffering from the same issues. They have trapped 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) money from me, For Student Visa for Canada. But after getting money from my side, They didn’t respond. The reason is that IMMIGRATION OVERSEAS is a FRAUD, MONEY LOOTER AND THIEF COMPANY IN NEW DELHI.. So, please beware of this type of FRAUD COMPANY IN INDIA…
