Was for long waiting to write in your comment section and finally here I am. first of all poor employees I pity you for choosing or should I say for being chosen to work in this organization. This is a place where humanity has no place. It is a Capitalist company. The management rule over the working class. Salary are paid towards the mid or almost end of the month. There are so many needs of the employees like paying bills, rents, loans but the company just fucks it off.
The most fucking and frustrating among these is the employee MEGHA THE HR. Looks like a buffalo but hats off to her attitude thinks herself to be the queen of birds PEACOCK’ . She might not be a peacock though but definitely she is COCK.
Dear Megha little tip for you. The more you try to rule your employees the more they will find ways to offend you. once try to be good and humble , you will get the responses immediately. Above all treat the employees like humans and professionals. they are not your slave.
