I took membership in the year 2024. At the time of taking membership, they talked highly about their membership benefits and promised to book the properties not below 4 star and assured us that they can book the properties claimed to belong to them. But, to my surprise when I tried to book the property i.e. Aahana Resort, Jim Corbett National park, Uttarakhand for April, 2024, they simply refuse to book the said property by replying that the said property is not available for the said dates. Then, I changed my dates. Again they gave the same reply. Whenever I asked them to book the said property or even other 4 star property, they gave the same lame excuse. Only last month, I asked them to book ITC Grand Bharat, Manesar or Westin Resorts and Spa Sohna but they gave the same old excuse that the property is not available on these dates. I changed the dates and gave them flexibility to book in the entire month of July,2025 but they refused to book. They are violating their terms of contract with me. They cheats the people by giving them false promises of booking good properties for them but everytime they give same excuses that the said property is not available for the dates desired by the members.
