Holiday Package

This company sells a package claiming the room they will give me will be for 2 adults and my 2 kids (both 12 years plus), however their brochure says 2 adults + 2 kids below six years. They are running fraudulent activities and has debited my credit card with 1.08 L. Despite me sending them mails everyday to cancel my booking, they still has gone ahead with amortization of this amount as monthly EMIs. Please urgently intervene and help raise the dispute for the same.
