Our FD matured in April. we have sent the FD receipt to the company for redemption. No response. There is no response to our query on their emails. And answer to the numerous phone calls.
My father has an FD with Elder Pharma. We sent it for redemption in May 2014. The company is not reverting – nor sending the cheque. Our emails sent through their website are also unanswered as also the numerous phone calls. How do we get our principal amount back.
The Fixed deposit has matured on 23.12.2013. Though their agents have submitted the deposit for redemption through their authorized agents the company has done nothing to return the payment. The phone number listed is also not attended. This is a case of blatant fraud. The company is out to cheat innocent investors
