My wife has deposit of 3 lacs with Elder Pharmaceuticals. TDS has been deducted on quarterly interest paid by Company for second half of FY 2013-14 but tax credit is not appearing in my TDS 26AS report. When trying to contact Company no response.
How is that the Auditors of the Company not getting this compliance under Tax Audit. Also looking at complaints on this forum regarding non-repayment of deposit how are the rating agencies not qualifying the Company as defaulter.
Is this Company sinking??????
