Pixma 745 XL – 2 Nos not yet delivered

Dear Sir, I ordered for PIXMA 745 XL printer cartridge 2 Nos, wide the order No. 106034703 and make a payment of Rs.2450/- towards the above said printer cartridge. As per the tracking information I come to know till now it is not yet dispatched from the supplier M/s.Emtex Engineering Pvt. Ltd.,.
Hence please be kind enough to cancel the order and the payment of Rs.2450/- may be refunded to me at the earliest.
I never expected these type of delay and irresponsibility from such a big organisation of Industrybuying.
