on 11/1/2014 they have contacted me on phone and tell to download the biodata and deducted the amount of Rs.33368/- at a time in lots like 10672+8651+6740+5618+1685 continuously through SBI IRCTC CREDIT CARD. I quickly contacted SBI for this through helpline number for block the card. Also given complaint in writing. But after six months they refused the reimbursement.
