i have ordered 2 in number wd elements 1 tb external hard disk by payment of 6000 rupees through pay nimo gateway from the site zepmart.com,hosting site junglee.com on 17 november 15.my order number is 2505.nearly 1 month going to pass i did not get the product and no updates regarding the product from the seller. i have tried the contact number of the seller but it is always switch off and also sent mail to the company but no response from that side. pease help me out to get my money back else delivery of product,and also would like to lodge a complaint against the seller.
