On 9th Nov -2015 I have done an online purchase from Zepmart.com. I bought Apple iPhone 5s 16gb GOLD at 25501/- The payment was done through my HDFC debit card instantly and it got debited instantly and is reflecting on website also. My order number is 806.

After a week I called the customer care number to know the status of delivery. The mobile number was picked by some guy and he said the product will be delivered in 11 days.
It’s been more than a month now still there is no communication from their side. Their customer care number 8527953847 is s/off since forever.
Please help and guide me so that I can bring these kind of scammers to justice. I can only imagine how many of you have been cheated by these kind of fake website. I want to take strong measures against them and make them to shut their website down, so that no one else has to suffer like me.
