Using website to cheat people

I paid Rs.1599 through paytm for Lemmfo-Lem7, 16gb rom and 2gb ram as per their website offer (zeby.in) but i received a cheapest product Tashan 921 in that place.As per the add they are saying it could accept 4g sim and we could make calls through sim..but it is not even accepting wifi. I tried with different sim cards..there is a sim card slot but not working..it is a fraud company and cheating people under the website name Zeby.in…Beware of this website and their offers…
I too got cheated by this company. They delivered very cheap quality product.
