FAKE PRODUCTS and FAKE WEBSITE

I ordered a smart watch on ZEBY.IN , it is looking completely different from the one provided in the pictures on website and of worst quality, battery also not working. Now there is no option in the website to return the delivered item. Even tried so many times but showing no option at all. Customer service number is always switched off and the email to the support id is never been delivered. kindly do the needful urgently otherwise i need to go to the consumer forum to get it done.
