Cheap quality and Different Product Delivered for 1599

I made a purchase by clicking on ads which landed me to Zeby.in.
I liked the product descriptions and cost hence ordered one. But the Zeby send me a cheap product which is completed different from what was shown and even the watch is not getting connected and worth of a toy watch for which i paid Rs. 1599/- from credit card.
Now they was not even picking calls nor responding to mails even.
I big scam is done by Zeby.in located in haryana as shown is description.
