yureka – not returning the mobile in given time period

my name is uday pratap singh. i have yureka mobile phone. my mobile has display damage issue. my way bill no is 34351104736. my ticket id is 1748126. it is very shocking response from you guys that i am waiting from last 2 month for replacement although you people are promise to replace mobile within 15 days. you people are giving me shameless reply that you people have some software related technical issue.
now i want to know that who is responsible for that delay. i am very disapointed from this shameless reply, if you people can not handle client and issue like that please close your company. i want my money back.or meet me in court. i am also writting this complaint to various authority including prime minister office & chief ministers office.
i dont want to use this kind of bad reply any more . please refund my money.
