order not delivered completely

Hi,
I have ordered for schools uniforms in bangalore. It has been 1 month and the order is delivered partially. There are some items still to be delivered.
When i try to reach on the email there are no responses. The call center numbers are also always engaged and we don’t get the required information.
They should understand that they are delivery for students going to school and have to deliver before school reopens which they don’t.
