Yepme – Refund not processed by yepme

-I- had placed an order with yepme on 08-06-2017 with the order no 33741121 amounting to Rs. 2053. The order was promised to be delivered at my place by 12-06-2017 but was not. When I called yepme regarding the issue they asked me to wait for 48 hrs saying that my order was being processed but nothing happened and when I again called yepme after the given time frame I was again asked to wait for another 48 hrs which I did. But when tried to seek my order details on my profile again the above mentioned order was nowhere to be found. When I again called the customer care for this issue they told me that my order has already been cancelled by them on 16-06-2017, due to unavailability of some items, about which the yepme team never cared to give me any intimation about. They told me that my refund would be initiated within 14-21 days as according to their refund policy from the date of cancellation of the order i.e. at max by 6-07-2017. But to this date, i.e 11-07-2017, I am only getting their e-mails each time stating that my issue is being raised to their senior team.
I request the forum to kindly look into the matter and please help me in getting my refund back and take a strict action against such frauds.
