Ordered KW77 model watch but received model is completely different from what is shown in the website

The ordered watch is completely different from what is shown in xank.in website. Sent couple of mails with photos and videos of watch I have received and what is shown in their website. But they are refusing to replace with actual watch as shown in website or not refunding my money. Showing one product but delivering another is cheating.
