Product received is very different than what appeared on site. Material looks very cheap, colour is also very different.
i’ve raised return request 2 days before but no response.
while buying product they replied on same day though. so seems like site mentions about Easy returns but that’s not the case.
very much disappointed with the service and product.
Product is not good. it is very cheap quality than what they showed on site. Colour is also very different . i have asked for return about which i have taken. but they are not giving proper response. worthless Product, quality less product.
Don’t buy any thing from Vastrova.com. i was so dissappointed.
Even I faced similar issue. Not happy at all with fabric, texture n design is completely different. Now when they asked me to send the snaps of what I did receive. They are saying no the dress is looking good n there is no problem with it and so they won’t take the return. What is this nonsense. Paid 2016/-
Worst shopping ever. Fraud cheated with cheap quality and damaged dress. They don’t even have a feedback number to return.
