I have order the above product (Samsung Evo 128gb MicroSD memory card – Buy 1 get 1 free) for Rs.1498 on 04 September 2018 and the product was delivered on 09 Sep 2018 through Expressbees bearing tracking no. 1332918086779.
When I opened the courier cover, I saw one of the Memory card was already broken. Then I immediately tried contacting the number mentioned in their website (8020504036) which said it’s not a valid no. and also the number mentioned on the package (7238095659) which was switched off.
Request you to help me in getting my money back of Rs.1498 and take necessary action against the online shopping website so no others are cheated.
