This is viswesh from medavakkam. It’s been around more than a month raajneet representative received cheque from my end and I am yet to receive my connection yet.
He never picks up the call , yet he request for 2 day or 1 week time to get the connection. Finally I came to know from him that main branch delays providing cable and hence he is not able to provide connection.
Since I don’t want to hear this nonsense response from him. I requested to return back my amount.
Even your customer care is very worst in responding to the customers. Sharp by 3.34PM 16th Feb one person attended my call and he requested to wait for 7 days and disconnected the call without my knowledge. I am not sure what’s happening. Is this the way to deal with your customers??
Please don’t take this network. Worst than anything I have seen. Even though I mailed to them I didn’t get my money back.
