Order not dispatched and delivered

Dear sir, This is for your kind information that there is no updates regarding the order details and shipment of order no OR-2045528 & OR-2045527 which I placed from woodlandworldwide.com. I have placed the order on 1st July 2020 from woodland website bearing order no OR-2045528 & OR-2045527. From the above orders one is Prepaid and another one is COD. I had paid an amount of Rs.1677 for the order OR-2045527, But till yet shipping not done. Already I had written mail to customer care and to estore, but there was no response. I was not expecting this problem from woodland.
Pls do the needful as well as take necessary action and resolve my problem at the earliest.
