I Mr. Sanjay had placed an order for SUIT, on line through whaaky, but whaaky people had dispatched me wrong parcel of shoes with flying machine t-shirt it was bought to my office address which was collected by my colleague from aramex delivery boy by paying him 1100/- (eleven hundred) cash amount,who visited my office, then the next day when i saw the product i immediately replied to support whaaky.com, regarding the wrong consignment, so they asked me to send it back on the address forwarded to me by whaaky through Indian postal services.which in turns i posted the parcel on 05/08/2014,but now there is no reply till date, i tried to contact them on their no 09533495334. which after long wait i was able to talk to the whaaky support executive who told me that there is non serviceable location so we cannot send your product but send us the scan copy of the pod of Indian postal service which i did ,but there is no reply, Sir i am really disappointed & fed up with the service, and its seems to me that they have taken my money and have done fraud with me saying that we cannot send your product. its very ridiculous to find such company to do such kind of job with online customer , Sir ,I request you to take this matter seriously.
