Whaaky – (S80243171) No updateon my order status nor proper response

I have order rebook shoes online from whaaky on the 11th of march, I have received the Order number ((S80243171).
But till date I have not received it.
I have sent a couple of Emails to [email protected]. Yet there are just sending out the reply template with out even reading the emails.

The Phone support is of no use, they are always busy.

Your FAQs says;

How soon will my order gets dispatched?

Our standard shipping terms are 7-10 working days. If your order is not shipped till the 10th working day, you will be compensated by a free gift when your consignment gets dispatched. Once the consignment is dispatched, you will receive a courier name and consignment number. You can track the same in the concerned courier website.
Hope this is followed religiously by Whaaky.

COULD SOME ONE GIVE ME AN EXACT DATE OF DELIVERY…..????
