Hi,
I ordered power bank from the Whaaky.com online shopping site on 26th jan 2016. As per the site this should have delivered within 10 day but today its 6 February 2016, till now i haven’t received the product.
I tried to call their customer care number more than 100 times but there is no respond or even they are not picking the call.
I paid 799 Rupees using my visa debit card.
My order number is: S801170617
I have many loss because of this. My 799 rupees, I called many time to their landline but kept it in voice mail option so i have lost a lot of my phone balance also.
Kindly consider this and respond.
Hope there will be a response.
